I work with anyone whom identifies as a woman, and is wanting to create and live their most empowered life! You may have a history of abuse and trauma for which much healing will be needed. Or maybe you just want to get to the next stage of your life i.e. creating a family, finding you passion in life, building confidence to get that promotion! Or maybe you have some unhelpful patterns i.e. unhealthy relationships, unhealthy eating etc., and you’re not sure where they’ve come from but you want to be free of them!

RTT Hypnotherapy can provide deep transformation for all of the above.

Additionally, as with all psychological therapies, this is not a ‘click of the fingers’ or ‘take a pill’ solution. Your healing requires your attention, effort and persistence. You need to be in a psychological space where you feel ready and willing to work on your issues, where you show up ready, on time, and willing for your session and you make sure to follow with at least 21 days of listening to your recording, every day. Tessa is available during working hours to offer guidance and support via email if you need it, so do not feel like you are alone. If you are struggling with anything, just let her know and a solution can gladly be found. Your healing is a priority for Tessa and needs to be for you too. You are in good hands!

RTT Hypnotherapy is hypnotherapy on steroids. The two are similar in the way that they both use the hypnotic state to achieve healing. Both also utilise the power of suggestion, but this is where the similarities end.

Convential hypnotherapy often focuses on set scripts (everyone suffering from anxiety, for example, will go through the same process and get read the same generic script, the client may have to go to multiple sessions and may not recieve after-care or after reinforcement. The scripts focus on overriding the current behaviour (treating the symptom) and are not focused on getting to the root cause of the behaviour and solving it from there.

RTT Hypnotherapy on the other hand focuses on getting to the absolute root cause of an issue, and using multiple best-practice tools from other techniques, whilst in hypnosis, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) and unique RTT tools to heal and transform rather than covering up issues. Positive suggestion is still used but it is unique to each client, as the client tells the therapist what they want in their life, AND the client also leaves with the bespoke hypnosis recording, to use for the next 21-30days, AND will meet with the therapist again to talk about changes and recieve extra coaching if needed AND they will only need 1- 3 sessions!

Healing that is faster, longer-lasting, and gets to the root cause!

As mentioned above, RTT Hypnotherapy is set apart, but also works because: A. You only need 1 -3 session to experience the transformation. B. It gets to the root cause of the issue. The regression hypnosis is used to go back to key memories and uncover the key damaging beliefs created by the client’s mind about themselves and the situation which then lead to the resulting presenting issues for the client (i.e. the anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationships, unconfidence, etc.). And crucially C. RTT then helps to reframe those beliefs, patterns or blocks. The client gains the understanding of their issue and is therefore able to change the interpretation of the event so it’s no longer affecting them. The recording helps the brain just to deepen the new, more empowering beliefs and perceptions.

Only you can answer this. If you are receiving treatment for a psychologically related issue or are taking mood-altering drugs of any kind or are in any way unsure of this, then you must consult your physician and get their permission to undertake this treatment.

This treatment is also not recommended for those who need emergency care. Clients should be in a non-emergency state, where they feel secure and supported enough to undertake therapy.

This treatment is also not recommended for those suffering from any form of phsychosis, bi-polar, epilepsy or any disociative disorder.

Do not listen to the recordings while driving or operating any machinery. You must be somewhere safe and quiet, where you will not be disturbed during the session and where your constant attention is not needed (i.e. looking after animals or young children).

You can never be stuck in a state of hypnosis, and I can’t make you do anything that does not match to your inner code of values and morals, I am also bound by a professional code of conduct as a therapist, and take the greatest care and responsibility in my work with my clients.

Hypnosis is a process for inducing a relaxed state of mind and a space for communication between the conscious and subconscious mind. It’s getting into the alpha brainwave state, where the hypnotised can directly communicate with their subconscious mind. The theory is that 95% of who you are, your memories, beliefs, patterns etc. are stored in your subconscious mind, and hypnosis allows us to access this and heal this. You remain in control the entire time.

Everyone can be hypnotised – if only they want to be. No one can force you or hypnotise you against your will. Remember, your mind is the most powerful tool in your life and it will always listen to you.
People are in state of hypnosis (alpha brainwave state) many times a day: every time before entering deep sleep or before they wake up and also when in meditation or daydreaming state. Being hypnotised is a very relaxing and calm process, you will absolutely love it!

You will not feel like you are in a ‘trance’ state, you will just feel totally relaxed. You will also feel very focused, like when you’re engrossed in reading a book or watching a movie. You are still able to communicate, but you will just be listening to what your subconcious mind has to say, rather than your critical, chattering, concious mind. You remain in control at all times.

No. That’s a myth. You will maintain full control the entire time and when you do let go and go into trance, your subconscious will only let you go so far as it will always protect you. If our connection dies during the ‘Zoomnosis’, you will wake up normally after it has been silent for a while. Usually I’ll try to get you back on the call via the computer or call via the phone, in which case the ring noise will wake you up again. To resume after that is not an issue as I will just guide you back into the state of hypnosis which will now be easier since you’ll already be relaxed and know what to expect.

 

For most of the session, the client will be sitting, relaxed, with their eyes closed. As no touch is needed, as long as you can hear Tessa’s voice, and she can see you, then she can then expertly guide the process. The client is aware of the situation and is not out of control. The therapy is 100% as effective as in face-to-face session.

We use regression in hypnosis to look for an underlying root cause which affects our behaviours, your brilliant subconscious mind knows exactly what it is and will provide the answer, and this is the key to unlocking your wellbeing now and for the fouture. For example in this case you are looking for a healthy, romantic relationship, but find yourself pushing everyone away and are not able to open up emotionally, after regression we find that because your mother was not a safe and reliable parent to you when you were a child, you believed that you could not trust even the closest people to you, so you push away potential partners to keep you safe from future potential emotional pain.

Knowing this we can then address your beliefs at this deepest and powerful subconscious level, heal your pain, and find new behaviours that support your need for emotional safety whilst also allowing you to open up to new love in your life. Communicating directly with your subconscious mind (with your conscious buy-in and full support for this change process) the 21-day recording then give you specific, positive, powerful suggestions that your mind listens to in a receptive state. With repeat listening (as repetition at this deep subconscious level can change your neural pathways – the grooves in your mind – that keep you stuck in old patterns of behaviour) you can create new, effective and permanent ways of thinking and behaving in the positive way that you desire.

Thus with deeper understanding as to why you enact certain behaviours and with tools to create the life you want, it won’t be necessary for you to go back to old behaviours and beliefs.

Research has shown that it takes a minimum for 21 days for new neural pathways to be developed, and that is why we recommend listening to your bespoke recording for a minimum of 21 days.

Since our mind can only, realistically, work on one thing at a time with full attention, it is recommended that we only work on one issue at a time. This is true for the recordings as well, you should only be listening to one recording for a minimum of 21 days before going onto the next one. Some issues will inherently have a positive affect on others i.e. working on feeling more lovable and welcoming love into your life may help reduce unhealthy eating because you are no longer ‘eating your feelings’. And some issues will need their own sessions, also in a specific order i.e. working on getting pregnant is a sepparate session from loosing weight, and there is no point in trying to loose weight (unless it’s affecting your health) before getting pregnant, get pregnant first, then loose weight after giving birth.

The recording is 15 – 20 minutes long. It guides you into putting yourself into a relaxed state of hypnosis, and gives you the transformation and then guides you either to sleep (if your issue was lack of sleep/insomnia) or back to waking consciousness.

As stated before, you need to listen to this recording EVERY DAY for a minumum of 21 days, as that is how long, research has told us, it takes for the brain to create new neural pathways. You can listen to it for longer if you like or just whenever you need it after that.

I suggest listening to it either upon waking up or just before going to sleep or both. Please only listen to it when you are safe to do so and certainly not whilst driving or operating heavy machinery.

If you worry that you are not ‘taking it all in’ as you tend to fall asleep quickly while listening then do the following: firstly, prop yourself up on pillows in bed and do not be fully horizontal and secondly, listen to the recording while fully awake at least one time. Do not go into the trance process, just listen so that you know consciously that the words and powerful suggestions have gone in.

Before booking your Clarity Call, ask yourself what your wellbeing is worth. What is it worth to finally be living the healthy, emopwered life of your dreams? Is it worth your time, energy and financial investement? How long has your issue been going on for? Can you imagine it going on for another 5, 10 or 20 years? How has your issue impacted your life? What would life be like without it?

As with all psychological therapies, the therapist can only take you so far, it is up to you, the client, to put in the work, to be committed, to be interested and invested into your healing. You need to be ready to do what it takes.

A Clarity Call is a financially free, and obligation free, 20 minutes to meet with Tessa. This allows you to get to know Tessa, ask questions, and see if you would like Tessa to be your therapist. This is also a chance for Tessa to get to know you and hear more about what you are wanting to work on (presenting issue) and see if you and your presenting issue would make a good fit for RTT Hypnotherapy. Here she will also suggest if 1 or 3 sessions would be best for your presenting issue.

You are encouraged to read all the FAQs before coming to the Clarity Call, so your questions will be less general and more personal to you. Please prepare so that you can make the most of this time together.

In this meeting, a link will be given to you to book both your RTT Session and Follow-up Call, and to make payment.
